These Terms govern your use of HAMANI AI (the "Service") provided by HAMANI PTY LTD (ACN 696 864 981). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your account and use

• You must give accurate information and keep your access credentials secure.
• You are responsible for what you do with the Service and for the content you submit.
• You must follow our Acceptable Use policy.

AI outputs — your responsibility to review

Some features use AI and can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You must review outputs before relying on or acting on them. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service to you (for example, to run the agent and return a result).

Fees

Where a feature is marked $0 it is free to run. Paid features and their prices are shown before you use them. We will tell you before any charge applies.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
