Billing & Cancellation

This page explains what you pay, how billing works, and how to cancel. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices

• Rent an agent — A$5.99 per week, per agent. Billed weekly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Bundle — A$15.99 per week for five (5) or more agents. Applied automatically at checkout when you take 5+.
• Personal AI Twin — A$29.99 one-off. A single payment; not a subscription.
• HAMANI family products (our own CRM, Transport, white-label and general products) receive agents at no charge.

How you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. A weekly rental is a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled; the one-off Twin is charged once.

Renewals & cancellation

• Weekly rentals renew each week automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not generally refund a period already started, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a service is not supplied with due care and skill, or is not fit for a purpose we agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy — including, for a major failure, a refund. Nothing here limits those rights.

Price changes & taxes

We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. A receipt is available for every payment.
